Septic Nation
Your privacy matters.
Privacy Policy • Effective September 29, 2026
This policy explains how Supreme ROI, LLC, operating as Septic Nation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information through septicnation.com. It covers our directory, company listing requests, job posting requests, contact forms and newsletter requests.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email, phone number if supplied, business details, service area, account information and messages. Listing submissions may include descriptions, logos and photographs; job submissions may include hiring contacts, pay and application instructions.
- Public business information: company names, business contact details, service areas and website addresses obtained from public sources or submitted by business representatives.
- Website information: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referral information, approximate location derived from an IP address and cookie identifiers, depending on the tools enabled and your privacy choices.
Please do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers, medical information or applicant personal records through our contact form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests; operate and correct the directory; review listing claims and job postings; manage accounts; provide requested newsletters and business communications; understand website performance; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. A newsletter request is handled separately from a general inquiry. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or ask us through our contact page.
Public listings, reviews and jobs
Information submitted for publication, including business contact details, descriptions, images, job details and public reviews, may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines. Submit only material you are authorized to publish. A private contact message is not itself a public listing. Request a correction or removal through our contact page and include the relevant URL.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a cookie preference interface provided by WPConsent. Necessary technologies support functions such as security, sessions and remembering privacy choices. Analytics technologies, when enabled, help measure visits and usage. Our WordPress installation includes Google Analytics integration through MonsterInsights and Jetpack website services; these services may process device, usage and cookie information according to their own policies.
Use the cookie banner’s Preferences or Reject controls to manage optional cookies and your browser settings to remove or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies can affect site functions. See our Cookie Policy for more information. A browser Do Not Track setting may not be recognized by every service. You may submit an applicable sale, sharing or targeted advertising opt-out request through our contact page.
How information is shared
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting hosting, website functionality, forms, email delivery, analytics and security. Published directory and job information is shared publicly. When you expressly ask us to forward an inquiry to a business, relevant contact and request details may be shared with that business. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law. We do not authorize service providers to use private contact messages for unrelated purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including ongoing listings, correspondence, account administration, legal requirements and dispute resolution. Retention varies by record type and provider. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
Use our contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” You can request access, correction, deletion or removal of information and unsubscribe from marketing. Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, use an authorized agent, and appeal a denied request. We handle qualifying requests within applicable legal deadlines and do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
We may reasonably verify your identity or an agent’s authority before acting. Do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. Some records may be retained where permitted or required by law. To appeal a response, use the contact form with “Privacy appeal” and identify the original request. Cookie choices apply to the browser/device where made.
Children and third-party services
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Linked contractor websites, employer application systems and embedded third-party services have their own privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date will be revised and additional notice will be provided when required by law. For questions or requests, contact Septic Nation / Supreme ROI, LLC.
