These Terms govern use of septicnation.com, operated by Supreme ROI, LLC as Septic Nation. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

What Septic Nation provides

We provide business directory information, homeowner education, business resources and job posting information. We are not a septic contractor, engineer, inspector, licensing authority, employer or staffing agency. We do not perform or supervise work arranged with a listed company.

Directory information and paid placement

Listings may come from public sources or business submissions and may be incomplete or outdated. “Claimed” means a representative has requested management of a listing; it is not a quality certification. Paid or featured placement can affect visibility and should be identified as such where displayed. We do not guarantee leads, search rankings, sales or hiring results. Report incorrect details through our contact page.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 to create an account or submit a business listing or job posting. Provide accurate information and act only for a business you are authorized to represent. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected misuse. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent listings or reviews, post unlawful or discriminatory content, spam users, infringe intellectual property, bypass access controls or interfere with the site. Automated access must respect published restrictions and must not burden the site or unlawfully collect personal information.

Your submissions and our content

You retain ownership of your submitted material. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce and display it as needed to operate and promote the submitted listing, posting or site feature. You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions for text, logos, images and contact details. Private inquiry content is handled under the Privacy Policy. We may review, reject, correct or remove submissions and suspend access for violations, subject to applicable law. Our site design, branding and original content are protected by intellectual property law; personal, noncommercial browsing is permitted, but other reuse requires permission unless the law allows it.

Job postings and applications

Employers are responsible for accurate openings, lawful hiring practices, required pay disclosures and their own application process. Candidates should confirm openings directly with the employer. We do not guarantee employment, select candidates or verify every employer statement. Submit applications through the method specified by the employer; do not send sensitive applicant records through our general contact form.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any paid listing, service or subscription is subject to the price, duration, included features, renewal, cancellation and refund terms expressly disclosed and accepted at purchase or in a separate agreement. A contact request alone does not create a paid subscription. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed recurring charge or override mandatory consumer rights. Separate signed service agreements govern contracted CRM or marketing services if they conflict with these website Terms.

Third-party relationships

Contracts, payments, workmanship, hiring and disputes with listed businesses, employers or linked providers are between you and that provider. Links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party websites, privacy practices or performance.

Septic safety and emergencies

Never enter a septic tank or confined wastewater space. Hazardous gases, oxygen deficiency, collapse and biological hazards can cause serious injury or death. Contact a qualified professional for service. For immediate threats to health or safety, contact emergency services; this website is not monitored as an emergency service.

Warranties and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Supreme ROI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on directory, educational or job information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Disputes and governing law

Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. New Jersey law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Any court proceedings must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these Terms do not remove nonwaivable rights or impose mandatory arbitration.

Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively alter agreed purchase terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
